A Perfect Addition to Historic Whiskey Row
111 Whiskey Row is located at the heart of Louisville’s historic “Whiskey Row” block on Main Street. Three buildings are being connected to create one dynamic venue. Whiskey Row is where many of Kentucky’s most famous distillers had offices and warehouses in the late 19th and early 20th century. During Prohibition many of these companies closed or merged. Now these buildings, some of Louisville’s most important architectural treasures, are being brought back to life in a mixed use redevelopment that will include
Restaurants | Live Entertainment venues | Offices | Loft-style apartments
When renovated, the buildings will boast much of their original masonry and cast iron façades. Interiors will retain many unique characteristics while incorporating modern systems and amenities. This stunning new urban venue will blend historic and very contemporary design elements.
Historic features include:
- Hard wood floors and exposed ceiling joists and beadboard ceilings
- High ceilings (up to 14’ in some spaces)
- Exposed brick walls
- Arched openings
- Massive skylights on 2nd Floor
- Expansive windows overlooking Main and Washington Streets
Whiskey Row is being transformed into a one-of-a-kind, mixed use community – a place to play, work, and live.
